At Shopcouponless we offer an easy 15 days refund and return policy.
We can be requested return due to a mistake that occurred from our end, such as incorrect, defective, or damaged merchandise. The customer is requested to login to your account, click orders history, select products you want to return, and follow the instructions available or contact us by filling out a form shopcouponless.com under the section Contact Us. (please include your order number and the reason you want to return each item) if you feel team shopcouponless has made such an error.
Also we accept returns, but we do not pay for shipping, hence the customer has to pay for shipping cost.
Exchanges and Returns
All returned products must accompany written explanation in order to return. Returned products MUST be returned in “new” resalable condition, in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be given within 15 days. Refund will not be issued if returned product is found to be damaged beyond use, if it has been used or if product has been damaged in return shipping.
We do not exchange or replace products, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchased merchandise, you may cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support Department by e-mailing at deals2buyotc@gmail.com.
Restricted Items
- Items ordered in special request of customer by shopcouponless.com other than listed on our site (i.e. now a custom ordered product).
- Entire Sexual Health related products and Nutritional supplies, Diet drinks and products having expiry date below 30 days.
- We do not accept returns or exchange for costumes, chocolates, candies & perfumes.
Cancellations
To request cancellation of any order you have placed with shopcouponless, kindly contact deals2buyotc.com’s Customer Support department within two hours of placing your order. (please include your order number).
Any request received after two hours of placing an order is subjected to shipping fees.
While the guarantee on the order cancellation cannot be confirmed, we can do our best to halt shipment.
NOTE: An already placed order cannot be edited or modified (such as your billing information, shipping address, and/or item quantity modifications). You are requested to cancel the order for making needful modifications.
