Remove old insoles from shoes, sneakers or boots. Place the bottom of the old insoles against the bottom of the new insoles, making sure the heels line up. Using a marker, trace around the toe of the old insole onto the new insole. Trim along the drawn line of your new insole to create the correct fit. Loosen laces to allow for maneuverability. Insert new insoles all the way in to the tip of the shoe and press down on the heel to insert them.
